Throughout her life, Sarah has been living with, on, and among the dynamic systems of the sea.From Antarctica to Hawaii, island research stations to expedition ships, her drive to discover the healing messages of our planet and share them with her community, has been her guiding star.

When Sarah landed on the magical San Juan Island almost twenty years ago, she knew she had found home.  Her passion to connect with others and offer the gift of wellbeing within her local community has inspired her to create a new and exciting space.

Salty at Heart Island Apothecary is a channel for connection, discovery, and growth. It’s intimate offering of ethically selected wellness and apothecary products, weaves a dynamic tapestry from Sarah’s global travels and local island community with a desire to connect people to healing elements that have a positive impact on the our bodies and the environment that surrounds us.
